You don't need years of automotive experience to be successful here. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service, we'll provide the training, support, and mentorship to help you succeed.
Competitive commission-based compensation. Most successful Sales Representatives earn $70,000+ annually, with top performers earning over $100,000. No previous automotive sales experience is required — we'll train the right person. Whether your background is in automotive sales, retail, hospitality, banking, customer service, or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey by:

Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through online inquiries

Understanding their needs and helping them find the right vehicle

Conducting vehicle demonstrations and answering questions

Building and maintaining customer relationships through timely follow-up

Delivering a professional, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience

Working collaboratively with the sales and leadership team to achieve goals

A valid G driver's license
-
OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
