Electrical Assembler
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Perth. In this hands-on role, you will assemble and wire control panels and systems, following precise specifications and conducting functional testing to ensure every product meets high performance, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Assemble and wire control panels and systems using schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions

Lay out wiring sequences and component placement with accuracy

Perform hands-on testing to ensure every product meets top standards

Follow CSA, UL, and CEC codes and contribute to a culture of quality

Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency—your voice matters here

Be part of safety programs, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

Operate safely and responsibly with all provided PPE and tools

Support your team and take pride in every build
Essential Skills
-
Confidence reading schematics and wiring diagrams
-
Skilled in soldering, crimping, and panel wiring
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly

A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Experience with milling and drilling equipment

Knowledge of electrical/electronic assembly and blueprint reading

A knack for troubleshooting and thinking ahead
