The Opportunity:

As a line cook you will have the opportunity to advance your culinary journey by working with our innovative menu offerings and a team of dedicated and talented cooks who share a passion for the culinary arts. Join us and be a part of a dynamic kitchen where creativity and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

The Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our menu and chef’s specifications.
Maintain the efficient flow of kitchen orders to service
Ensure the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, including mise en place for upcoming service.
Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
Assist in developing new menu items and specials, bringing creativity to the table.
Handle, store, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with health department regulations
Maintain constant communication among team members

Qualifications:

Have a passion for food and feed off the buzz of a busy restaurant.
You have experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and delvelop your skills
Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
