Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview

Juicy Birds Nashville Hot Chicken is looking for a motivated and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, lead staff during shifts, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Support inventory management and stock control
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-day procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety standards is an asset
