Description:

Lead the administration and maintenance of PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
Perform installation, configuration, cloning, migration, and upgrade activities for PeopleSoft applications and tools.
Manage PeopleTools upgrades, patches, tax updates, and maintenance packs.
Support PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, CRM, Campus Solutions, or related modules.
Maintain application servers, process schedulers, web servers, and integration gateways.

Environment & Release Management

Manage environment refreshes, database cloning, and migration activities.
Coordinate code migrations using Change Assistant, DPK, and lifecycle management tools.
Develop deployment strategies and support release management processes.
Ensure application availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.

Performance & Monitoring

Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
Analyze server, database, and application performance metrics.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements.
Manage capacity planning and system health checks.

Security & Compliance

Administer PeopleSoft security, user roles, permission lists, and access controls.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and audit requirements.
Support security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
Implement and maintain SSO, LDAP, and Identity Management integrations.

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor PeopleSoft administrators and support teams.
Coordinate with database administrators, infrastructure teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in architecture discussions and provide recommendations for platform strategy
