Job Summary
SAP Landscape Administration Manage SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, Gateway, and Fiori landscapes. Perform SAP installations, upgrades, enhancement packs, kernel upgrades, and support pack implementation. Administer SAP HANA databases and coordinate with DB teams for database activities. Manage system copies, client copies, refreshes, and transport management activities. S/4HANA Migration & Upgrades Lead SAP S/4HANA migration, conversion, and upgrade projects. Perform technical assessments and define migration strategies. Support SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and system integration activities. Drive SAP RISE and cloud transformation initiatives. Perform proactive performance tuning and capacity planning. Troubleshoot complex production issues, dumps, locks, and background job failures. Ensure system uptime and business continuity. High Availability & Disaster Recovery Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Support SAP HANA System Replication and High Availability configurations. Conduct DR drills and ensure compliance with business continuity plans. Security & Compliance Collaborate with SAP Security teams to ensure compliance and audit readiness. Support user administration, authorization controls, and security reviews. Ensure adherence to ITIL and organizational governance standards. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead BASIS support teams across global delivery environments. Mentor junior consultants and administrators. Coordinate with SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end upgrade and migration projects for sap basis to s/4hana.
2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
4. Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.
5. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for sap basis s/4hana configuration and optimization.
6. Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements to support business operations.
7. Stay uptodate with the latest sap technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in sap basis administration and configuration.
2. Extensive experience in sap s/4hana upgrades and migrations.
3. Strong knowledge of sap landscape transformation and system integration.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in sap environments.
5. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
7. Certification in sap basis or s/4hana is preferred but not mandatory.
Other Requirements
1.SAP Certified Technology Associate System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 or equivalent is a plus.
