BILINGUAL SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR - Customer and Member Services
RentCheck Credit Bureau Applicant screening service located in Toronto (15 Minutes from Union Station).
Looking for a versatile, experienced and energetic Bilingual (Québécois French / English) - written, spoken, and read - in both languages whose ability to take on multiple
responsibilities will complement our small but dynamic office team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide a high level of customer service to existing and new members
 Maintain customer records
 Perform varied data-entry tasks as needed (Advanced Excel essential)
 Verify and process new membership applications
 Answer incoming calls and emails
 Assist in marketing existing and new products to clients
 Foster and develop collaborative internal and external relationships
 Excellent presentation skills on Rentcheck products

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO:
 Is fluent in French and English; spoken, written and read
 Has at least 6 years of all-round office experience
 Has post-secondary education in administration, related programs, or equivalent workplace experience
 Is experienced and proficient in a Windows and Internet-based environment
 Is proficient in current versions of Advanced Excel, Word, and similar software
 Has a positive attitude and welcoming phone manner
 Has strong problem-solving and communication skills
 Can deal with sensitive issues and confidential material in a professional manner
 Works well with others in a fast-paced small team environment
 Is reliable, motivated, creative, enthusiastic and able to work independently
 Is detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
