Canadian Sales Manager
Remote – Serving the Mining, Demolition, and Construction Industries

A family-owned, American manufacturer of high-quality mining and construction consumable accessories is seeking a proven sales leader to drive business growth across Canada. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a respected brand, backed by decades of industry expertise, and report directly to the General Manager in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Lead, coach, and support sales personnel, ensuring alignment with objectives and addressing performance gaps proactively.
Build strong, face-to-face relationships with key accounts, ensuring clear communication between customers and the manufacturing team.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align and execute market strategies.
Fully utilize the company’s CRM (Salesforce) to track and optimize customer engagement.
Monitor and manage sales expenses to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferred), or 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Willingness to train for underground site visits to provide technical product support in mining environments.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% within Canada to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on knowledge of mining operations and practices.
Experience using Salesforce CRM.
