Job Title: Team LeadJob Description
In this position, you will lead a warehouse team and ensure all timelines are met. This role involves some computer work, as you will handle yard management and book shunts. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trailers at the facility using equipment like dockstockers and end rider power pallet jacks.
Responsibilities-
Lead and supervise a warehouse team to ensure timelines are met.

Load and unload trailers that arrive at the facility.

Operate dockstockers and end rider power pallet jacks for material handling.

Utilize RF scanners for shipping and receiving tasks.
Essential Skills-
Leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment.

Proficiency with dockstockers and power pallet jacks.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Familiarity with general labor tasks, packaging, and material handling.

Experience with RF scanners and shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment
This is a cross-dock environment where trailers are constantly being loaded, unloaded, and staged. We offer morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, with some shifts being compressed (working 36 hours but paid for 40). The work setting is dynamic and requires teamwork and adaptability.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
