From our signature donairs and chicken shawarmas to custom rice bowls, salads, and poutines, we take pride in using high-quality proteins, fresh toppings, and our famous house-made sauces.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and deliver an exceptional fast-casual dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily prep and line operation, ensuring all meats (beef, chicken, lamb, falafel) and fresh toppings are prepared to standard.
Maintain strict quality control on all signature dishes, poutines, rice bowls, salads, and customizable orders.
Train, mentor, and motivate back-of-house staff on recipes, knife skills, food assembly, and portion control.
Foster a positive, clean, and collaborative work environment.
Support scheduling and direct daily shift responsibilities.
Enforce strict provincial food safety regulations, temperature monitoring, and sanitation standards.
Maintain clean kitchen stations, food display areas, coolers, and equipment.
Oversee daily and deep-cleaning schedules.
Monitor inventory levels using FIFO method, manage supplier deliveries, and place orders for food and supplies.
Assist in controlling labor and food cost targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience in a quick-service (QSR) or fast-casual restaurant.
Food Safety Certification (required or willing to obtain).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
