Join Our Team!

Orléans Cardiopulmonary Group is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) to join our growing cardiology team on a part-time basis, including weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality 12-lead ECGs.
Hook up and remove Holter monitors and ambulatory blood pressure monitors.
Conduct cardiac stress testing (experience preferred).
Prepare patients for testing and provide clear instructions.
Accurately document patient information within the EMR.
Maintain equipment and ensure infection prevention and control standards are met.
Collaborate with cardiologists and clinic staff to provide outstanding patient care.
Read Holter studies in preparation for Physician to verify reports.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program.
Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT).
Previous experience in a cardiology clinic is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with EMR systems is an asset.

Schedule

Part-time
Weekend availability required
Additional weekday shifts may be available to cover vacations and increased patient volumes.
