Job description:

CareProvide Canada Inc. is looking for a Care Coordinator to help us hire and schedule healthcare staff so clients get the care they need. You will screen applicants, help with hiring and paperwork, support scheduling, and keep records organized and accurate.

Responsibilities

Review applications, talk to candidates, and help decide who to hire.
Check references and certifications to meet safety and legal requirements.
Help new staff with onboarding and make sure all forms and documents are complete.
Work with Care Coordinators to match staff to client needs and fill schedule gaps.
Make sure we have enough staff in busy areas and move staff when needed.
Help with staff training and make sure certifications stay up to date.
Keep clear records and share updates on hiring and staffing with the team.
Help marketing with job posts and recruitment campaigns when needed.
Prepare simple reports on hiring, staffing, and challenges for management.
Support applying for and tracking government funding for staffing and training.

Job qualifications

College diploma or similar experience in office work, HR, or healthcare.
Experience in hiring, scheduling, or admin work (healthcare is an asset).
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Good spoken and written communication.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools.
Able to handle private information carefully and follow company rules.

Vacation entitlement in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000
