Job Summary
Apex Co. has several significant projects scheduled for the coming months, ranging from residential developments to specialized commercial work. To meet the growing demand, we are expanding our workforce and are open to hiring both skilled individuals and subcontracting companies that can bring quality, reliability, and experience to our sites. Whether you are an entry-level labourer looking to grow or an established crew seeking consistent work, our Labourer Deck outlines a clear and structured advancement path for everyone. It shows exactly how workers and partnering companies can integrate with our standards, develop their skills, earn certifications, and move into more advanced roles as we take on these upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

Performing general labour tasks on construction sites (e.g., demolition, site prep, cleanup)
Framers
Painters
Plumbers
Drywall Installers / Tapers
Electricians
Landscapers / Hardscapers
General Labourers
Demo & Site Cleanup Crews
Operating basic hand tools and, when trained, light machinery
Following safety guidelines at all times
Learning and contributing to a variety of project types (residential, commercial, renovation)
Being part of our quality control, helping to maintain high standards on site
