Cuisinier(ère)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) cuisinier(ère) motivé(e) et fiable pour joindre notre équipe de cuisine. La personne retenue préparera des repas de grande qualité tout en respectant les normes de salubrité, de sécurité alimentaire et de constance dans un environnement dynamique.

Responsabilités

Préparer et cuire les plats selon les recettes et les normes de qualité établies.
Préparer les postes de travail avant le service.
Assurer une présentation uniforme et une qualité constante des plats.
Contrôler la fraîcheur des aliments, les portions et la qualité des produits.
Maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé.
Respecter les normes d'hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire.
Participer à la gestion des stocks, à la rotation des produits (PEPS/FIFO) et à la réception des marchandises.
Collaborer avec l'équipe de cuisine afin d'assurer un service efficace.
Participer aux tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture de la cuisine.

Exigences

Expérience comme cuisinier(ère) dans un restaurant ou un établissement similaire.
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement à rythme rapide.
Bon sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités.
Disponibilité les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
Certification en manipulation des aliments (un atout).
Capacité à communiquer en français ou en anglais.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will prepare high-quality meals while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock workstations before service.
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and receiving deliveries.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar establishment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Ability to communicate in English or French.
