Maintenance Technician – Journeyperson Millwright – Rotating Shifts once per month (plus Shift premium)
Clean/Air Conditioned, Light Assembly, Automotive Facility

Responsibilities
- Performs preventative maintenance of manufacturing related equipment using the prescribed techniques.
- Maintains log of repairs and of completed preventative maintenance in CMMS.
- Completes equipment changeovers in accordance with established standards.
- Makes use of all prescribed safety equipment and implement safe work practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Adhere to all company policies and practices.
- Completes assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
- Capable of working effectively both as a team member and independently.
- Willing to work overtime on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Responsible for knowing and upholding the H&S Policy and working in a safe manner.
- Participates in the ISO/TS16949/ISO14001 certification.
Qualifications
- 433A Industrial Mechanic certificate required
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Working at heights training, manlift/Genie booms
- Knowledge of safety and workplace hazardous materials procedures
- Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical, hydraulic, welding & machining experience.
- Basic industrial electrical skills
- Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting skills
Compensation
Wage starts at $43.00 - $45.00/hour per the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Annual raises.
