CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL :

Salaire de base plus programmes de boni salaire et boni REER
Type d'emploi : temps plein, permanent, de jour, du lundi au vendredi

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Offrir un service exceptionnel et chaleureux basé sur l’efficacité et la satisfaction du client
Entrée de commandes incluant identification des produits et saisie des codes de produits
Service client : répondre aux appels, suivi de commande, corriger les erreurs, etc.
Traiter les réclamations, demandes de retour, crédits ou autres demandes spéciales
Préparer et analyser avec les représentants, puis présenter les soumissions aux clients
Vente interne auprès de clients existants : appels de suivi, promotions, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES :

Bilinguisme requis, oral et écrit (français & anglais) : relations en continu et échanges à l'oral et à l'écrit où la précision est requise pour les tâches énumérées ci-haut avec la clientèle canadienne et américaine ainsi qu’avec l’équipe des ventes nord-américaine
Diplôme d’études secondaire requis
Connaissance de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel)
Expérience avec le public, un atout
Compétences interpersonnelles supérieures
Habileté à entrer des données rapidement et avec exactitude
Dynamisme, autonomie et débrouillardise

Day shift, Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service focused on customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders, including product identification and accurate product code entry.
Handle customer service inquiries, including answering phone calls, tracking orders, and resolving order issues.
Process claims, returns, credits, and other special customer requests.
Prepare and review quotations with the sales representatives, then present them to customers.
Perform inside sales activities with existing customers, including follow-up calls and promoting products and special offers.

Qualifications and Skills

Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written, is required due to ongoing communication with Canadian and U.S. customers, as well as the North American sales team, where accuracy in verbal and written communication is essential.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Previous customer service experience is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
