- Programming/Scripting languages
- Java (current LTS version), Python/Jinja templates, Bash, Go template.

- Bell tools + Atlassian Collaboration Tools.
- Acceptable: equivalent collaboration Tools/Software stack.
- University degree or college diploma in computer science or other related training.
- Five (5) years of experience in application systems development, including three (3) years of analytical experience.
- Experience in BSS and OSS systems.
- Autonomy in learning new systems.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to communicate knowledge to the general public.
- Organizational and service skills, and concern for quality.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
