Position: Bed Truck Operator
Type: Fulltime
Location: Lloydminster AB/SK
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Move rig buildings, derricks, matting, and other miscellaneous oilfield equipment
-
Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods
-
Preform pre-trip, enroute and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment and accessories
-
Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements and follow safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods

Communicate with dispatcher, other drivers and customers using communication devices
-
Will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Weekend work, on call work, overtime as required

Travel and/or camp work
Qualifications
-
Class 1 Driver’s License required with a clean abstract
-
Map reading/LSD
-
Strong mechanical aptitude
-
Demonstrated organizational skills, time management techniques, and a strong work ethic

Ability to work with little supervision in a professional manor

Good depth perception and manual dexterity
