We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative with a true hunter mentality, someone who loves the challenge of opening new doors, generating opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term clients.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be identifying and acquiring new business opportunities throughout Scarborough and the surrounding areas.
You'll:
- Conduct daily door-to-door sales visits to local businesses.
- Prospect relentlessly through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Secure meetings with business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Identify workforce challenges and present customized staffing solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity, appointment, and revenue targets.
- Develop new client accounts while expanding existing business relationships.
- Represent Express Employment Professionals in the local business community and generate new sales opportunities through networking events.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure exceptional client experience and successful placements.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, staffing sales, account acquisition, or a similar hunter-focused role.
- Experience with cold calling, door-to-door sales, territory development, and prospecting.
- A track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Confidence engaging business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, employment services, or workforce solutions is an asset but not required.
