What You'll Do:
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll combine recruiting expertise with sales and relationship management to connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of highly qualified technology professionals within your assigned vertical & market.
Proactively sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and direct recruiting.
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' technical skills, experience, and career goals.
Developing trusted relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent.
Managing contract consultants throughout their assignments, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Negotiating offers, facilitating placements, and helping close successful hires.
Conducting reference and background checks where required, and coordinating interviews, preparing candidates, and providing coaching throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, competitive, and excited to build a successful career in agency recruitment. The ideal candidate is driven, resilient, and excited by uncapped earning potential.

1–3 years of experience in sales, agency recruitment, business development, or another fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated by financial success.
Previous experience in IT recruitment or knowledge of the technology industry is an asset, but not required.
