About Us

We are a growing cross-border transportation company based in Surrey, BC. We specialize in hauling freight between Canada and the Pacific Northwest United States, operating a fleet of flatbed, step deck, and curtain side trailers. We take pride in delivering reliable, on-time service to our clients across BC, Washington, and Oregon.

Our office is based in Oakville, ON as well.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Logistics Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can efficiently coordinate drivers and loads to keep operations running smoothly. This is a key role in our growing company with real opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily loads across BC, Washington, and Oregon
Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery
Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers throughout the day
Track trucks and loads in real time and provide status updates
Source and book loads using load boards and broker relationships
Handle cross-border documentation and ensure compliance with all customs requirements
Respond to and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit
Maintain accurate records of loads, driver logs, and trip details
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

Qualifications

Previous experience in transportation dispatch or logistics (1–2 years preferred)
Knowledge of cross-border freight between Canada and the US is a strong asset
Familiarity with load boards (e.g., DAT, LoadLink) is an asset
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
