Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Surrey, BC
Employment Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) with opportunity for Full-Time

UBS LTD is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and creative individual to join our team as a Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to learn directly from the COO while gaining experience in inside sales, customer service, social media marketing, and business operations.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams on projects that help grow the UBS brand and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Assist the sales team with quotations and customer follow-up.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
Help maintain customer records and CRM data.
Support business development initiatives and lead generation.
Assist with customer presentations and promotional materials.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Plan and create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Produce short videos highlighting products, customer projects, and manufacturer partners.
Visit jobsites, customer locations, and branch events to capture photos and videos.
Help grow UBS's online presence through creative marketing campaigns.
Track engagement and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness.

Executive Projects

Support special projects assigned by the COO.
Assist with vendor promotions and product launches.
Coordinate marketing materials and internal communications.
Help organize customer appreciation events, trade shows, and vendor promotions.
Research new marketing opportunities and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using social media platforms and basic video editing software.
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Valid driver's licence is an asset.
