Location: Mississauga (410 and Derry)

Responsibilities:

· Assist in operational, administrative, project, artistic and other assignments

· Manage the workload and assign work to team members.

· Ensure the team is meeting deadlines.

· Coordinate the scheduling and manage the training of all support service representatives. Monitor, track, and report on customer projects and support incident metrics.

· Participate in creating and promoting both internal and external Customer Success and Customer Experience initiatives.

· Be responsible for office management, maintenance, organization and administration

· Work closely with all members of the team to ensure smooth office operation

· Schedule meetings and update calendars

· Coordinate travel arrangements

· Organize and prepare materials for meetings and conference call, take notes and minutes

· Answer phone calls, deal with new inquiries, direct calls to relevant staff

· Draft correspondence, file, photocopy and scan documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 10 am to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
