Founded in 2019 in Mississauga, ONbord is a leading manufacturer of thermal laminate cabinet doors, laminated panels, mouldings, and furniture components. With a skilled team of 50+ professionals and a modern 80,000 sq. ft. facility, we are committed to quality, innovation, and exceptional service.

Position Summary:

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate a variety of woodworking machines, assist throughout the production process, and help manufacture high-quality kitchen cabinet doors. If you are safety-conscious, eager to learn, and take pride in producing quality work while contributing to a strong team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with various woodworking and manufacturing machines used in the production of kitchen cabinet doors.
Load and unload materials, ensuring products move efficiently through each stage of production.
Assist with cutting, sanding, drilling, edging, assembling, and finishing cabinet door components.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
Measure, inspect, and verify materials and finished products for accuracy and defects.
Support overall production by assisting team members in different departments as required.
Maintain machinery and workstations by keeping them clean, organized, and free of debris.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Perform other general labour and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate various production machinery and hand tools.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to read measuring tools and follow production instructions.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg), standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
