Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and professional Receptionist & Sales Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic clinic. Our clinic specializes in laser hair removal, advanced skincare, facial treatments, and non-surgical cosmetic services.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can contribute to the growth of our clinic.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
Manage appointments, bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
Convert inquiries into booked appointments through excellent communication and sales skills.
Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions confidently.
Manage Instagram messages, comments, and basic social media administration.
Maintain accurate client records and clinic documentation.
Coordinate daily clinic operations and assist the team as needed.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

A quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong in sales and customer relationship management
Comfortable using computers and booking software
Experienced with Instagram and social media management
Fluent in English and Persian
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic, laser clinic, medical spa, or customer service is preferred.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our clinic, build lasting relationships with clients, and become an important part of our team.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

Secondary School (required)

Experience:

customer service and sales: 2 years (required)
Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Sales: 1 year (required)
Social media management : 1 year (required)
Customer service: 1 year (required)

Language:

English — Professional / Fluent (required)
Persian (Farsi) — Native or Fluent (required)

Licence/Certification:

CDL (required)

Location:
