Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist – Real Estate Brokerage

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and tech-savvy Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist to join our real estate brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and agents professionally.
Answer inbound calls and make outbound phone calls for lead follow-ups and database management.
Coordinate with real estate agents on offers, listings, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks.
Assist with Toronto MLS® system, listing uploads, and transaction documentation.
Manage CRM database, update client information, and follow up with leads.
Create social media posts, marketing templates, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Assist with social media ads, email marketing, and online promotions.
Provide general office administration and team support.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous office administration or real estate experience is an asset.
Knowledge of MLS®, CRM systems, Canva, Photoshop, and social media platforms preferred.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Real estate brokerage experience and marketing/social media skills will be considered a strong asset.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
