Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

X-Spect Oilfield Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator Assistant to join our team in Nisku, Alberta.

This position supports the day-to-day operations of our inspection facility by managing inventory records, processing shipping and receiving paperwork, and ensuring customer documentation is completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with the yard crew, inspectors, drivers, customers, and management to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Perform daily data entry by entering tubular serial numbers, inventory updates, and shipping and receiving information into the company system.
Process shipping and receiving paperwork and prepare documents to be scanned and emailed to customers.
Track incoming and outgoing truckloads, customer inventory, and tubulars sent for repair.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Communicate with the yard crew, inspectors, drivers, customers, and office staff to ensure paperwork, inventory, and job information are kept up to date.
Assist management with administrative projects and other day-to-day office duties.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, inventory, or operations support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
