Service Manager – RV Dealership

We are a well-established RV dealership seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of a busy RV service department.
Lead, coach, and hold technicians and advisors accountable to performance expectations.
Improve shop efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Schedule work effectively to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Monitor repair quality and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Manage warranty, internal, and retail repair work.
Develop and mentor staff through training and performance management.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Collaborate with the Sales and Parts departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Analyze department performance and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing a service department (RV, automotive, heavy-duty, marine, powersports, or related industry preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Proven ability to improve efficiency and profitability.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience with service management software is considered an asset.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
