Job Title: Closing Shift Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location: Cochrane, AB

Job Type: Part-Time / Occasional

Schedule: Evening shifts, including weekends

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Closing Shift Supervisor to join our team and ensure our operations wind down smoothly and securely at the end of the night.

The Role

As the Closing Shift Supervisor, you will be the anchor of our evening operations. You will oversee the final hours of service, guide the front-of-house and back-of-house teams through the teardown process, and ensure the venue is left pristine and secure. This is a perfect role for someone looking for steady part-time evening work in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise evening staff (servers, bartenders, kitchen helpers) during the wrap-up and cleaning phases of events.
End-of-Night Operations: Oversee the breakdown of banquet setups, bar closures, and final kitchen cleanups.
Financial Accountability: Handle end-of-shift cash outs, balance registers, and secure financial drop-offs.
Facility Security: Complete final walkthroughs to ensure all equipment is turned off, doors are locked, and alarms are set.
Quality Control: Ensure the facility meets our high standards of cleanliness and organization for the next day's shift.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality, catering, or restaurant industry.
Reliability: Exceptional punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility—you are the final set of eyes on the building.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to keep the team motivated and efficient at the end of a long shift.
Availability: Flexible to work late evenings, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
Credentials: ProServe and Food Safety certification are required.
