We are now hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook at our Shepard Flats location in Calgary, Alberta. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

As a key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:

Prepare menu items according to CRAFT recipes and quality standards
Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep as required
Portion, label, and stock ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations
Ensure the highest level of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
Work well under pressure while maintaining an organized workstation
Support the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen team

What You've Done:

1-2 years of restaurant/kitchen experience 
1+ years of cooking experience
