Full job description

Overview
Asante Dental Centre is looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist / Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator ( Monday - Friday ) to help with our growing practice with a great team and dedicated patients.
The right candidate must be a team player and be an exceptional communicator with excellent customer service.
This is a position for a dental receptionist. Please do not apply if you do not have dental reception training.

Duties

Greet patients as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
Process patient information and verify insurance details efficiently.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing as needed.
Keep the front desk area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Ensure compliance with medical terminology and office protocols in all communications.

Experience

Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is required.
Proficient in using phone systems and managing multi-line calls effectively.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practices is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
