About Us

Aerotherm Solutions Ltd. is a trusted HVAC company serving Vancouver Island. Based in Campbell River, we install, maintain, and repair HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and refrigeration systems.

About the role

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys people as much as paperwork. While the core role is administrative, we’re happy to grow the position toward sales, customer relations, or marketing for the right person who shows an interest and aptitude.

What You Will Do

Assist in managing day-to-day office operations with a focus on efficiency.
Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service technicians using service software (Jobber) for optimal efficiency.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, suppliers, and technicians.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Perform general tasks as required, to support the office and field operations.
Opportunity for more specialized roles such as marketing, sales, digital media.

What You Need

High school diploma (post-secondary in business and sales is a plus)
Comfortable using Mac computers (Jobber experience is a plus, but we can train you)
Retail sales and customer service experience is an asset
Scheduling experience is an asset but not required.
