- Should have 5 years of experience in Design develop and maintain ETL workflows using Ab Initio GDE CoOperating System EME
- Working experience in conductIt vectors metaprogrammingPDL Resource pool dynamic lookups Build scalable data pipelines using Python for data processing and automation
- Perform data modeling database design and performance tuning
- Work with large datasets in relational databases Oracle
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization
- Optimize Ab Initio graphs for performance and efficiency
- Lead code reviews enforce best practices and ensure highquality deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide longterm solutions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
- Ensure data governance security and compliance standards are followed
- Experience in financial services is required
- Exposure to AgileScrum methodologies
- Should have minimum knowledge on AI tools
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 85,000 - 95,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
