We are looking for a full tome receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our team. We focus on providing exceptional patient centered treatment in a caring environment.
The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships, excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.

Must be able to work independently and show self-motivation. As a dental receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a dedicated team of dental professionals.

Some of your job responsibilities are but not limited to:

* Attend to and greet patients on the phone and in person

* coordinate/ schedule and organize appointments

* maintain and manage patients records

Key Competencies:

* Communication Skills

* Information collection and management

* Planning and organizing

* Excellent Customer Service

* Team work

* Initiative

Education and Experience:

* 2+ years of experience as a treatment corrdinator is needed

* Experience with Dentrix software is an asset

* Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

* Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures

* Working knowledge of dental insurance.

* Must provide valid and reliable References

*knowledge of sterilisation, cleaning rooms and ordering supplies are an asset.

*account receivables .

*implant and ortho treatment planning is an asset.

Expected started date: as soon as possible
