In this role, you will be part of the development and enhancement of both modern React and Node.js applications as well as the modernization of existing .NET/Java applications. You will navigate a fast ‑ paced environment with an ambitious product roadmap while keeping the platform stable, secure, performant, and continuously improving.

Position Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners, architects and senior engineers across the full software development lifecycle
- Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and meaningful digital solutions
- Support and perform regular security audits and collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities
- D rive incident investigations, root causes and continuous improvements with the team
Find thoughtful uses of AI tools to enhance development speed, efficiency, and quality
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge in Node.js, React, and Modern JavaScript
Experience with Web Services, APIs

Salary range is expected to be between
$69,525.00 CAD - $115,875.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
