If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Supervisor to join our team in Winnipeg, MB

What You Will Do:

Support the Field Manager with day-to-day security operations
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance
Train, mentor, and support new and existing security personnel
Check on guards at assigned sites and provide operational guidance
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage as needed
Respond to incidents, client concerns, and operational issues
Ensure guards are following company policies, site procedures, and client expectations
Prepare clear and accurate reports, inspections, and documentation
Maintain strong communication with guards, clients, and management
Help foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture

Shift Details:

Location: Vancouver, BC.
Full-Time Position

Requirements:

Valid BC Security License
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Previous security experience required
Supervisory or leadership experience is considered a strong asset
Strong communication and reporting skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Confidence in handling emergency and high-pressure situations
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Basic technology skills, including report writing, smartphone applications, scheduling systems, and two-way radio communication
Professional appearance and attitude
