Job Summary

Anstett Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated, curious and customer-focused Retail Associate with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our loyal clientele.

Our Retail Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by meeting our customer’s individual needs and expectations. The Retail Associate serves as a representative of the company brand by promoting the philosophy and values of the 76 year legacy developed over the years in Southwestern Ontario. By striving to discover your client's needs you will tailor their experience within our store in order to elevate their impression of the brands we carry and build long-lasting relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and assess customer needs to support the sales team and to achieve satisfaction.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrate customer service leadership by playing an active support role on the sales floor and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer purchases, support accounts and file documents.
Keep customers informed of current promotions, products, trends, and brand collections.
Communicate the key qualities and the characteristics of the brand to customers.
Build social media presence by communicating and promoting our IG and FB to customers to build followers.
Repair take in process, be an expert in building customer loyalty.
Assist with daily store set up and end of day take downs.
Support sales team with certificates and documents as needed.
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
Perform other duties as required.
