Morning shifts typically start between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM
-
Afternoon shifts typically start between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM
-
Facility operates Monday through Saturday
-
Employees are generally scheduled 5 days per week but must be available for the 6-day operating schedule

Reliable transportation is required for morning shifts due to limited transit availability
-
If using transit, be prepared for approximately a 25-minute walk from the nearest bus stop

Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or labour experience preferred
-
Comfortable working in a facility that processes pork and other non-vegetarian products
-
Good English communication skills
-
Able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical work

Reliable, safety-conscious, and dependable

Sorting and packaging products from a conveyor line

Fast-paced environment handling frozen products
-
Lifting up to 50 lbs required

Cleaning equipment, trays, machinery, and production areas

Physically demanding role involving repetitive lifting

Water buckets up to 35 kg (77 lbs) and trays up to 10 kg (22 lbs)

Operating and monitoring food production equipment

Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience preferred

Lifting up to 40 lbs required

High-volume food manufacturing facility

Refrigerated work areas maintained at approximately 8°C to 10°C

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.40 - $21.50/hr.
