Kitchen Manager Bro’kin Yolk

We’re looking for a strong, experienced culinary leader who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, lead a team, and grow with us.

At Bro’kin Yolk, things move fast. We’re busy, energetic, and serious about putting out great food. As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the centre of it all — leading the kitchen, developing your team, maintaining high standards, and making sure the operation runs the way it should.

What you’ll own:

The Kitchen: Lead the day-to-day operation and set the standard for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and execution.
The Team: Train, coach, mentor, and develop cooks and future leaders. Build a team that takes pride in what they do.
The Numbers: Understand food cost, labour, waste, portion control, and productivity — and know how to manage them.
The Pace: Keep the kitchen organized and effective when the restaurant is at its busiest.
The Standards: Hold yourself and your team accountable while creating an environment people actually want to work in.
The Growth: Bring ideas, solve problems, improve systems, and help make the restaurant better every day.

Who we’re looking for

You’re an experienced kitchen leader with strong culinary skills and a strong sense of ownership.

You know how to run a line, but you also understand that being a great Kitchen Manager is about much more than cooking. You know how to schedule and manage labour, control costs, train people, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure.

You’re the person who sees a problem and thinks:

“How do I fix this?”

“Whose job is this?”

Most importantly, you want to grow. You want responsibility, you want to develop people, and you want the opportunity to make a real impact rather than simply punching in and punching out.
