We're looking for an organized, dependable Operations & Administrative Coordinator who thrives on follow-through, communication, and keeping workflows running smoothly.
This is not a reception role.
This is not a "figure it out as you go" role.

About the Role
This position serves as the administrative coordination hub for multiple areas of the business.
You will help ensure:
- Payroll information is accurate
- Employee administration is completed on time
- Client inquiries are handled promptly
- Sales leads are routed correctly
- Operational systems remain organized
- Managers are not chasing recurring administrative tasks
- Important details do not fall through the cracks
You will work closely with Leadership, Department Managers, and employees across the company.
Success in this role comes from maintaining consistency, accuracy, and follow-through across many recurring workflows.

Client & Sales Administration
- Client inquiry management
- Sales lead intake and routing
- CRM administration
- Construction Pipeline administration
- Seasonal client communications
- Billing inquiry coordination
Operations Systems Administration
- LMN administration
- Job setup and maintenance
- User account administration
- Timesheet follow-up
- Payroll support
- Reporting support
- Data accuracy management
Administrative Coordination

Qualifications Required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Assets
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, office administration, HR administration, payroll support, operations coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience managing recurring workflows, maintaining accurate records, and supporting multiple departments is strongly preferred.

Landscaping experience is not required.
