Job Overview
The HR Analyst provides analysis, coordination, and advice to support employee well-being and absence programs.
You will:
Help run day-to-day program activities
Analyze data and report on trends
Support projects and new initiatives
Work with partners across HR and external vendors
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work across multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do
Program Support & Coordination
Support day-to-day delivery of well-being, absence, and employee programs
Track requests, manage shared inboxes, and follow up on tasks
Help improve how programs run by identifying gaps or inefficiencies
Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze data from different sources
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support dashboards, reports, and presentations
Share insights and recommendations with Program Managers
Projects & Program Delivery
Support projects and new program launches
Help test, implement, and improve processes
Assist in creating training materials, guides, and presentations
Stakeholder & Partner Support
Work with internal teams (HR, Communications, Finance, etc.)
Coordinate with external vendors who support programs
Build strong working relationships to support program delivery
Employee Engagement & Communications
Help maintain internal web pages and program content
Coordinate translations and updates
Support events, webinars, and employee campaigns
Community & Ambassador Program Support
Help run employee ambassador programs (employee volunteers who promote well-being)
Maintain membership lists and respond to questions
Support onboarding and engagement activities
What You Bring
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and explain what it means
Problem-solving skills and good judgment
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working with different teams and partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience with reporting tools or dashboards is an asset
