We are currently expanding our residential service team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Office Admin Associate to join us. As a Sales and Office Assistant team member, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients and taking care of showroom customers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales assistant for all stone countertop surfaces, cabinets, and tile, responsible for assisting project and sales managers to grow and maintain business with Retail and commercial customers, Designers, Architects, Kitchen Manufactures and Builders.
Qualification and Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices
-Has sales Experience in the Stone / Tile/Cabinet/Flooring industry is preferred

Job Summary

Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in computerized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare, quote, and present countertop quotations and maintain liaison with Builders, architects, Designers, Kitchen and bath customers
- Generate sales from customers' specifications for both commercial and residential projects.
