Partnering closely with executive and VP-level leadership, this role turns business priorities into structured, well-run projects — defining scope and milestones, driving delivery, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Beyond project delivery, the role supports new merchant opportunities, go-to-market planning, competitive and profitability analysis, and continuous process improvement.
It suits a highly organized, analytical operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable working directly with senior leadership on the company's most important initiatives.

- Develop solutions, proposals, and internal recommendations for large or complex business opportunities.
Strategy, Go-to-Market & Competitive Analysis
- Support go-to-market planning, service launches, and feasibility studies for new offerings.
- Perform competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions, service profitability, and strategic positioning.
- Partner closely with VP-level leadership on high-priority initiatives and strategic planning.
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, strategic projects, and special initiatives as needed.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and partner with leadership to design and implement improvements.
- Conduct operational, service, and project audits across teams and workflows.
- Create, document, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, documentation, and internal reference materials.
