CR Concrete Lifting is hiring a Construction Crew Lead / Lead Field Technician to join our growing team serving Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and the surrounding area.

This is a full-time seasonal position running from August through approximately mid-November, with the opportunity to return each season from mid-April through mid-November.
Many of our team members enjoy the balance of working hard during Alberta's construction season while having the winter free for travel, recreation, family, or other seasonal work.

About the Role
As a Construction Crew Lead / Lead Field Technician, you'll complete residential and commercial concrete lifting, concrete leveling, polyurethane injection, and slab stabilization throughout the Edmonton region.
Previous concrete lifting experience is not required.
Construction leadership experience is.
Every technician is expected to confidently lead when it's their turn, support teammates when others are leading, and take ownership of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll work directly with homeowners, commercial customers, property managers, and contractors while coordinating daily jobsite activities.
What You'll Do
- Complete polyurethane concrete lifting and stabilization projects.
- Lead or support a two to three-person construction crew.
- Coordinate safe and efficient jobsites.
- Troubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers.
- Operate company trucks and specialized equipment.
- Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment.
- Complete project documentation accurately.
- Ensure every project meets company quality standards.
- Contribute ideas that improve our systems and customer experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
Has:
- 2 to 5 years of experience leading or coordinating a construction crew, trades crew, landscaping crew, utilities crew, paving crew, excavation crew, maintenance crew, or similar team.
- 2 to 5 years of experience working directly with customers.
- 2 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, building, maintaining, or fixing equipment, structures, or systems.
You don't need to have held the title of Foreman.
You do need to be someone others naturally look to for leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of construction, skilled trades, maintenance, landscaping, paving, excavation, utilities, or related industry experience.
- 2 to 5 years leading or coordinating a crew or team.
- 2 to 5 years providing direct customer service.
- 2 to 5 years troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining, or fixing equipment, structures, or systems.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
