Role Overview

As an Admissions Advisor, you will be a trusted guide for prospective students exploring life-changing education options. You’ll work consultatively to understand their goals and recommend the best pathway forward, ensuring each individual is supported from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings
Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable programs
Provide clear, student-centred guidance through the admissions process
Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal tracking tools
Meet and exceed engagement and enrollment goals
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless student experience

Qualifications

College diploma or higher
Demonstrated success in consultative sales
Minimum 1 year of experience in student admissions, enrollment advising, or admissions administration within a private career college or post-secondary setting is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment, sales, or performance targets
Comfortable speaking with people by phone, video, and in person with confidence and warmth
Strong organization, motivation, and communication skills
A genuine desire to help students transform their lives through education
Integrity and professionalism in all student and team interactions

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $45,000 - $48,000 annually
Performance bonus structure: Expected total annual compensation of $60,000–$70,000
Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student success and community improvement

Work Environment

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and doing what is right for the student. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
