Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Delivery of Power Platform Projects
- Assist in delivering Power Platform projects
- Gather and document project requirements
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions
- Work closely with teams to update and enhance existing digital solutions
2. Product & Project Management Support
- Provide product and project management services for assigned projects
- Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Participate in status meetings and help prepare project reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution
3. Development of Power Apps & Automations
- Design, develop, and enhance Canvas Apps to meet business needs
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency
- Support the integration of Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365)
- Assist in the maintenance and debugging of Power Apps applications
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Perform basic data analysis to support business decision-making
- Help develop data models and visualizations to track project success
5. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Document workflow processes, technical specifications, and solution designs
- Help create training materials and user guides for end-users and stakeholders
6. Governance & Best Practices
- Learn and follow Power Platform governance guidelines
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of developed solutions
- Participate in workshops led by Senior Developers to establish Centers of Excellence (CoE)
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Work with teams to understand business needs and provide innovative digital solutions
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Communicate effectively to ensure project success
8. AI-Driven Innovation & Development
- Assist in leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder to automate intelligent decision-making and enhance application capabilities.
Who We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Student or Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (STEM, IT, Business, or related fields preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in IT Project Management or Digital Product Management
- Awareness of Microsoft Power Platform and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 0-2 years of experience building Canvas Apps & Power Automate workflows (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365)
- Exposure to JSON, APIs, or UI/UX principles (a plus!)
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines
Eager to learn & adapt in a fast-paced environment
