MacLeans Sports is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service Department. This role is more than a counter position. We need someone who can build relationships with customers, coordinate workflow, support technicians, and help keep the department running smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the Service Department
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair order workflow
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Build estimates, explain repair recommendations, and obtain customer approvals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Monitor work in progress and ensure repair orders move through the shop effectively
- Support warranty administration and manufacturer requirements
- Help maintain organization, accountability, and a positive customer experience within the department
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to department goals

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Parts Advisor, or similar customer-facing role preferred
- Powersports, automotive, marine, agricultural, or equipment industry experience considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning dealership management systems
- Experience coordinating schedules, work orders, and customer communication
- Experience helping coordinate teams or workflows is considered an asset
