No Experience? No Problem!
If you’ve never worked in an ortho office before, don't sweat it. We are 100% willing to train the right person. If you have a rockstar attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and love working with people, we’ll teach you the rest. This is the perfect launchpad to explore the world of specialty dental care and grow a serious skill set.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Important Stuff)
As our Sterilization Tech, you are the backbone of our clinic’s flow. You’ll be keeping our fast-paced office running safely and smoothly by:
- Sterilization Management: Taking charge of cleaning and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment like a pro.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly checking and maintaining our tools to ensure they’re in tip-top shape.
- Clinic Cleanliness: Keeping the clinic organized, sparkling, and looking sharp.
