Door-to-Door Window Cleaning Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Window Cleaning Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their neighborhoods to promote and sell window cleaning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sales, business development, and customer service, with a focus on expanding our local market presence. Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective clients within assigned territories
Promote the benefits of professional window cleaning services to homeowners and businesses
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
Utilize marketing techniques to generate leads and expand customer base
Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and industry trends to enhance sales approaches

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct telemarketing and face-to-face marketing effectively
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
