Assembly & Production: Handle hands-on assembly and work with small, detailed mechanical or industrial components.

Responsibilities
Assemble and process product accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customer orders are processed, filled, and shipped on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform workplace safety inspections and participate in safety meetings and improvement initiatives
- Conduct inspections, reclamation, testing, shipping, and assembly of products
- Issue non-conformance reports, hold/scrap tags, and corrective actions when required
- Monitor calibrated equipment and ensure maintenance and calibration schedules are followed
- Maintain warehouse equipment and document maintenance activities in logs
- Perform inventory control and assist with warehouse organization
- Receive and inspect incoming products and materials
- Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and on-site testing as required
- Establish warehouse order priorities based on customer delivery commitments
- Work closely with branch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with special projects and support various departments as needed
- Train and assist new employees when required
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, assembly, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Hydraulic experience considered a strong asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Comfortable using computer systems and user-friendly software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
